What is integration?
Judge.me integrations allow you to extend the functionality of the Judge.me Reviews app by connecting it with third-party tools. These connections help you automate workflows, personalize customer experiences, and strengthen your marketing efforts.
Popular integration categories include:
Marketing & Email (e.g., Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
Loyalty & Rewards (e.g., LoyaltyLion, Smile.io)
SMS & Push Notifications (e.g., SMSBump, PushOwl)
Product Upsell & Suggestions (e.g., ReConvert, Wiser)
Note: Some integrations may require sharing your private API token. This can expose certain store data. Only share your token with apps you trust.
How to enable integrations
Go to your Judge.me Reviews app from your Shopify admin.
Navigate to General Settings > Integrations.
Use the search bar to find the app you want to connect to.
Click on the app to view details and setup instructions.
Some integrations work instantly after you've installed both apps. Others may require configuration either on the Judge.me side or in the partner app. Look for the setup guide linked in each integration profile for step-by-step instructions.
