What this integration does
The Judge.me + SMSBump integration lets you send automated review requests by SMS once an order is fulfilled. Perfect for stores that capture customer phone numbers at checkout, this feature helps you reach shoppers directly on mobile and boost review response rates—no email required.
How to connect Judge.me with SMSBump
Step 1: Install both apps
Install Judge.me and SMSBump from the Shopify App Store. SMSBump offers free installation, but message costs may vary based on destination and plan.
Step 2: Get SMSBump API Key
You'll need to contact SMSBump customer support to get the API Key.
Step 3: Enable the integration in Judge.me
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Search for SMSBump, then click the SMSBump integration card.
Paste the API Key from Step 2 and choose Enable SMSBump.
Click Save.
Step 4: Customize your SMS requests in Judge.me
Fine-tune your review requests in Settings > Request reviews > SMS requests > Manage button.
You can adjust:
SMS from: Choose the sender name (e.g. store name or personal name).
Request schedules:
Set how many SMS requests are sent per order.
Adjust the length and timing of each request.
Once enabled, SMS review requests will be automatically sent after orders are fulfilled. You can monitor the status of all requests in your Requests dashboard.
