How to set up TikTok syndication
Step 1: Install the Tiktok Shop sales channel
Install the TikTok Shop sales channel app on the Shopify App Store.
Follow the TikTok Shop setup guide to connect your Shopify products correctly.
Note: You can also add your products to TikTok Shop manually. Ensure your barcodes (GTINs) match between your Shopify store and TikTok Shop.
Step 2: Enable the review syndication in Judge.me
Go to Judge.me Reviews app in your Shopify admin.
From the left panel, choose Manage Reviews > Reviews Dashboard > Import & sync reviews.
Under TikTok Shop, click Show settings > Get Started.
Click Continue to sign in to connect Judge.me with your TikTok Shop account.
Once connected, return to Judge.me and click Sync reviews.
Choose the correct product-matching method (Shopify's TikTok connector app or manual product upload). Ensure you choose the right one since reviews cannot be re-synced once sent to Tiktok Shop. Then click Continue to sync.
Check the box "I confirm..." and click Confirm to start the syndication.
⏰ The initial sync may take up to 5 days. After that, new reviews will be automatically synced every 7 days.
Important notes:
Only verified reviews collected via Judge.me or verified imported reviews can be syndicated to Tiktok Shop.
Both published and unpublished reviews will be syndicated.
Store reviews cannot be syndicated.
TikTok currently doesn’t support review edits, and reviews cannot be deleted once the process has started.
