Use customer feedback to choose what to promote and what your next campaign should say.
Lesson notes
You need to choose which product to promote in your next campaign and what to say about it. Customer reviews can help you make both decisions by showing you what buyers like and which problems need attention.
Use customer feedback to decide what to promote
If customers repeatedly praise a dress's fit and quality, those are benefits you could highlight in an email or a retargeting ad. Their feedback gives you specific reasons to promote the product and examples of how to describe it.
Complaints can show you when a product needs more attention before a campaign. If customers keep reporting delivery delays or inconsistent sizing, investigate those issues first. Once you have resolved the problem, you can explain what changed when you contact affected customers again.
Repeated questions can help you prepare the product page too. If shoppers keep asking about the same detail, answer that question before your campaign sends more people to the page. That gives visitors information they need when deciding whether to buy.
Choose your message from what customers say
In this lesson, you'll use Judge.me's review insights to guide your campaign planning and writing. Sentiment and topic filters help you find products with positive feedback and identify complaints to address before promoting them.
You can use AI review summaries, keywords, and highlighted customer quotes to see which benefits customers mention and find words for your campaign. For example, a quote from a real review can show someone reading a cart abandonment email what another buyer liked about the product.
You'll decide which feedback is relevant to the product and audience, then write and send the campaign through your usual marketing tools. The lesson shows how review feedback can inform those decisions.
Use reviews to choose what to promote and what to say, then continue to Lesson 5 to learn how to show shoppers a summary of that feedback on your store.
