Judge.me How-tos

Elliott Prendergast
Turn recurring questions into checked answers shoppers can find on your product and store pages.
Lesson notes
Does it run big? How long does the battery last? Will the color fade in the wash? If shoppers keep asking the same questions, adding answers to your pages can help them find the information before they contact you.
Answer common questions on the pages shoppers visit
A question about one product belongs on that product's page, where someone can read the answer while deciding whether to buy. Questions about shipping or returns may apply to your whole store, so shoppers need answers that explain your actual policies.
Preparing those answers takes time. You need to collect the questions customers ask, write accurate responses, and decide where each answer belongs. As your range grows, you have more products and details to cover.
Your reviews can help you identify what shoppers need to know. A question that one customer asks may matter to the next person considering the same product. Publishing a clear answer gives both of them somewhere to find it.
Generate FAQ drafts and check each answer
In this lesson, you'll use Judge.me's Product FAQs and Store FAQs. Product FAQs uses a product's reviews to help draft up to ten questions and answers. AI generation requires at least two verified reviews, meaning reviews tied to a real purchase. The drafts stay unpublished until you check and publish them.
Store FAQs covers questions that apply across your store. It uses your product descriptions to prepare drafts, so the detail in those descriptions affects the answers. Check answers about shipping, returns, sizing, and care against your products and policies before publishing.
You can tell the AI which product details or policies to focus on. You can also write your own questions and answers when the drafts do not cover what shoppers need.
Add the FAQ widgets, allow time for the drafts to arrive, and publish the answers you have checked. In Lesson 7, you'll learn how to make your reviews readable to AI shopping assistants.
