Lesson notes

If you've sold before through another review app, Amazon or Etsy, bring those reviews in and your product pages start with proof on them.

Import your reviews

  1. In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings, then Import Reviews.

  2. Choose your source. Yotpo, Stamped and Loox each have their own option. For anything else, use a CSV file with the Judge.me template.

  3. Upload your file and click Import. Most imports finish in a few minutes, and you'll get an email when it's done.

Check the Import Log

The Import Log shows how many reviews came in, which ones failed and why, and which product each review was matched to. Then open a product page to see your imported reviews in the Review Widget.

No reviews to import? Skip to Lesson 3.

If something doesn't look right

  • Import worked but nothing shows on your store: the display needs attention. Go back to the app embed and Review Widget in Lesson 1.

  • Zero reviews imported, or some rows failed: open the Import Log for the error on each row, fix those rows and import them again.

  • Wondering if imported reviews show as verified: it depends on the data in your export file. Send the file to our support team and they'll tell you what's possible.
