Reviews import log

Learn how to use the reviews import log to check import and sync results, troubleshoot failures, and delete reviews from an import.

Available on the Free plan

The review import log lists all review imports and syncs, with the most recent activity shown first. It includes:

  • Manual imports completed using CSV files

  • Ongoing syncs from connected platforms, such as Etsy and Google Business Profile

By default, the log displays 10 entries per page. Use the pagination controls to view older activity.

Use the import log to confirm that an import or sync completed, troubleshoot failed imports, or undo an import that was run by mistake.

View your import log

To view your reviews import log:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Import reviews.

  2. Scroll down to the Reviews import log section at the bottom.

Understand the import log

In the reviews import log, you'll see a table with the following columns:

  • Import date – The date and time when the import started

  • Import source – Where the reviews were imported from (Judge.me template, Loox, Etsy, Import wizard,...)

  • Reviews in file – Total number of reviews in the uploaded file

  • Successful imports – How many reviews were imported successfully

  • Failed imports – How many reviews failed to import

  • Status – Whether the file is still uploading (Import in progress), the upload has finished (Import complete — does not indicate whether reviews were successfully imported), or if all reviews from that import were later deleted (Reviews deleted)

Import log actions

For each complete imports (except the ongoing syncs from Etsy and Google Business Profile), you'll see the 3-dot menu (...) at the end of the row, which gives you two options:

  • Delete reviews – to delete all reviews from that import.

  • Download error file – to get the error file (if more than one review failed).
