How Judge.me widgets look like when displaying reviews on your stores

Judge.me has a variety of widgets to help you showcase reviews, build trust, and boost sales. In this guide, we’ll walk you through each widget, how it works, and how it looks on your store to create a great shopping experience for your customers.

Product widgets


Review Widget

Available on the Free plan

What it is

The Review Widget helps collect and display product reviews on your product pages. It is usually added below the product description or at the bottom of the product page.

How it looks

The Review Widget typically includes these elements by default:

  • The Customer Reviews header

  • A rating summary that includes:

    • The average rating of the product (e.g., "4.76 out of 5")

    • The total number of reviews of the product (e.g. "Based on 51 reviews")

  • A rating filter

  • A Write a review button

  • A sorting dropdown

  • Published reviews of the product, including:

    • The name of the reviewer

    • A Verified badge (if any)

    • The title of the review

    • The review content

    • The date of the review

Star Rating Badge

Available on the Free plan

What it is

The Star Rating Badge shows the average rating and total number of reviews of the product. It is usually added under the product title on these pages:

  • product page

  • collection page

  • homepage

What it is

The Review Snippets Widget displays your product reviews right below the "Add to Cart" button, giving shoppers instant trust without the need to scroll.

Reviews Carousel

Available on the Free plan

What it is

The Reviews Carousel highlights up to 15 featured reviews in a swipeable layout. You can place it on your homepage, landing pages, or anywhere you want to highlight social proof.

The Reviews Carousel typically includes these elements by default:

  • The Let customers speak for us header

  • The average rating of the store in star icon format

  • The total number of reviews of the store (e.g. "from 51 reviews")

  • Up to 15 featured reviews

How it works

Once installed:

  • The Reviews Carousel automatically shows up to 15 of your most recent published 5-star reviews.

  • You can also select which 15 reviews to show in the Reviews Carousel.

How to set it up

To start using the Reviews Carousel, follow these steps:

Considerations

  • The Reviews Carousel shows the same 15 reviews across all pages. It cannot show reviews based on which products the customer is looking at. To show reviews for each specific product, please use the Review Widget instead.

  • The Reviews Carousel only shows reviews collected directly from your store. It cannot show reviews synced from your other Shopify stores.

The All Reviews Page is a dedicated page to display all your product and store reviews in one convenient location.​

What it is

The UGC Media Grid displays a gallery of photos and videos where your store is tagged on Instagram.

The UGC Media Grid typically includes these elements by default:

  • The "Made by us, Shared by you" header

  • A Load more button at the bottom
