By adding Judge.me widgets in Customer accounts, you can:
Collect more reviews: Make it easier for customers to write reviews directly from the Orders page, Order status page, and a dedicated View my reviews page in their Customer accounts.
Encourage repeat purchases: Display rewards in the Customer Profile, motivating customers to shop again.
Enhance user experience (UX): Provide a central location for customers to manage all their reviews.
What is Shopify's Customer accounts?
Shopify's Customer accounts let your customers log in to view their orders, profile information, and saved addresses. The details stored in their account are auto-filled during checkout for a faster checkout experience.
There are two versions of customer accounts:
Customer accounts is the newest version, and lets customers log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. A password isn't required to log in.
Legacy customer accounts lets customers log in using an email and a password.
Judge.me widgets are only compatible with the new Customer accounts. Learn how to upgrade your Customer accounts here.

The texts of the widgets in Customer accounts are fixed and cannot be changed.
The language of the widgets in Customer accounts is automatically determined by the customer’s selected storefront language. These widgets do not follow your Judge.me Widget and email language setting or the Multi-language widget setting.
When widgets inside Customer accounts are translated:
If a customer selects Norwegian (NO) as their storefront language:
the widgets in Customer accounts will be translated into Norwegian (Bokmål).If a customer selects Norwegian (Bokmål) (NB) as their storefront language:
the widgets in Customer accounts will not be translated. They will appear in your default Shopify store language instead.
Write a new review button
How it works
There are 2 ways you can add the Write a new review button in Customer accounts:
As a primary button: Displays right under the order summary on the Order status page. This placement gives customers a clear, prominent way to leave a review right after viewing their order details.
As a secondary button: Displays next to the Buy again button on the Orders page and Order status page. This provides an additional, less prominent option for customers to write a review while browsing their past orders.
Once added, the Write a new review button will show in Customer accounts for fulfilled orders.

Add a primary Write a new review button in Customer accounts
To add the Write a new review button as primary button right under the order summary on the Order status page in Customer accounts:
From your Shopify admin, go to ⚙︎ Settings on the bottom left.
Go to Checkout.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.
Click the Apps icon (third one on the left menu).
Click the (+) icon next to Reviews - Order Status Page, and select Order status.
Click Save on the top right.
Add a secondary Write a new review button in Customer accounts
To add the Write a new review button as a secondary button next to the Buy again button on the Orders and Order status page in Customer accounts:
From your Shopify admin, go to ⚙︎ Settings on the bottom left.
Go to Checkout.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.
Click the Apps icon (third one on the left menu).
Click the (+) icon next to Write reviews - Orders Page and select Orders and Order status.
Click Save on the top right.
View my reviews page
How it works
On the View my reviews page, customers can:
See products they’ve reviewed and edit their reviews
See products they haven’t reviewed and submit new reviews

Create a View my reviews page in Customer accounts
To create a View my reviews page in Customer accounts:
Create the View my reviews page:
From your Shopify admin, go to ⚙︎ Settings on the bottom left.
Go to Checkout.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.
Click the Apps icon (third one on the left menu).
Next to View my Reviews page, click the (+) icon and select Accounts.
Click Save on the top right.
Add it to the navigation menu in the Customer accounts:
On the left menu, click Add to menu to add it to your navigation menu.
In the Label field, enter a name for the navigation item (default to "View my Reviews page").
In the Link field, keep it as is.
Click Save on the top right.
View my reviews button
How it works
Once you create the View my reviews page, you can also add the View my reviews button on the Orders and Order Status pages to let customers access this page easier.
If both the secondary Write a new review and View my reviews button were added, they will be nested under a Manage dropdown button.

To add the View my reviews button as a secondary button next to the Buy again button on the Orders and Order status page in Customer accounts:

Coupon rewards widget
To show the Coupon rewards widget in Customer accounts:
Add the Coupon rewards widget:
From your Shopify admin, go to ⚙︎ Settings on the bottom left.
Go to Checkout.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.
Click the Apps icon (third one on the left menu).
Next to Coupon Rewards, click the (+) icon and select Order status.
Click Save.

To show the Referrals widget in Customer accounts:
Add the Referrals widget:
From your Shopify admin, go to ⚙︎ Settings on the bottom left.
Go to Checkout.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.

Next to Referrals Widget, click the (+) icon and select Order status.
Click Save.
