Manage photos and videos

1. Reorder photos or videos

To rearrange the order of photos or videos in a review:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Find the review you want to edit.
Click and hold a photo or video thumbnail.
Drag it left or right into the position you want, then release to drop it in place.

2. Download a photo

To save a photo from the review to your computer:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Find the reviews that contains the photo you want to download.
If you use Google Chrome, right-click on the photo then select Save Image As.
Click Save to download the photo.

3. Hide a photo

To hide a photo from being shown on your store:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Find the reviews that contains the photo you want to hide.
Hover over the photo thumbnail.
Click the eye-with-a-strike icon to hide the photo.

When a photo is hidden:

It appears blurred/faded in the Reviews dashboard.
To show the photo on your store again, hover over the faded image and click the eye icon (without a strike).

4. Download a video

To download a video from a review:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Find the reviews that contains the video you want to download.
Click the download icon under the video.

5. Hide a video

To hide a video from being shown on your store:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Find the reviews that contains the video you want to download.
Click the eye-with-a-strike icon under the video.

Add filters

1. Filter by status

To see only reviews with a certain status:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Click the Search and filter icon (🔍︎ᯤ) on the right.
Click Add filter + on the left.
Select Status.
Select one of the following options:
- To Curate – to show reviews that are pending
- Published – to show reviews that are published
- Hidden – to show reviews that are hidden

2. Filter by sources

To see reviews from certain sources:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Click the Search and filter icon (🔍︎ᯤ) on the right.
Click Add filter + on the left.
Select Source.
Click the checkboxes next to the sources you want:
- Imported – to show reviews imported using a CSV file
- Etsy – to show reviews synced using the Etsy sync feature
- Amazon – to show reviews imported using the Amazon Reviews Extractor extension
- AliExpress – to show reviews imported from AliExpress
- Email – to show reviews collected from the review request emails sent by Judge.me
- Klaviyo – to show reviews collected from the Review Request emails sent by Klaviyo
- Pushowl – to show reviews collected from PushOwl push notifications
- SMS – to show reviews collected from SMS
- Web – to show reviews collected from the Review Widget
- QR Codes – to show reviews collected from Judge.me QR codes
- Shareable Link – to show reviews collected Judge.me review links
- Admin (deprecated source)
- User Profile – to show reviews collected from the Reviewer's profile
- All Reviews Page – to show reviews collected from the All Reviews Widget
- Floating Tab – to show reviews collected from the Floating Reviews Tab
- Review Site – to show reviews collected from Judge.me Reviews site
- Shop App – to show reviews synced from Shop App
- Shopify Flow – to show reviews collected from an integrated flow (e.g. Dondy)
- Google – to show store reviews synced from Google Business Profile

3. Filter by ratings

To see reviews with specific ratings:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Click the Search and filter icon (🔍︎ᯤ) on the right.
Click Add filter + on the left.
Select Rating.
Click the checkboxes next to the ratings you want:
- 1 Star – to show 1-star reviews
- 2 Stars – to show 2-star reviews
- 3 Stars – to show 3-star reviews
- 4 Stars – to show 4-star reviews
- 5 Stars – to show 5-star reviews

4. Filter by type

To see only reviews of a certain type:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Click the Search and filter icon (🔍︎ᯤ) on the right.
Click Add filter + on the left.
Select Type.
Select one of the following options:
- Rating only – to show reviews with only ratings
- With replies – to show reviews with at least 1 public or private reply
- Without replies – to show reviews that haven't been replied to
- Includes pictures – to show reviews with at least 1 photo
- Includes videos – to show reviews with at least 1 video
- Featured for Carousel – to show reviews that are featured
- Pinned on Review Widget – to show reviews that are pinned on the Review Widget
- Verified reviews – to show reviews that have a Verified badge
- Not verified – to show reviews that don't have a Verified badge
- With personal information – to show reviews that include customer personal details such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses
- With profanity – to show reviews that contain flagged profanity or inappropriate language
- With Custom Forms – to show reviews that were submitted with answers from custom form questions (e.g., sizing, age, use case)

Note:

Currently, there's no filter to see only reviews with content.

5. Filter by detected language

To see reviews that have a specific detected language:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Click the Search and filter icon (🔍︎ᯤ) on the right.
Click Add filter + on the left.
Select Language.
Select one of the following options:
- Undetected – to show reviews whose language could not be detected
- Any of the following languages – to show reviews in that detected language:
  - Arabic
  - Bulgarian
  - Croatian
  - Czech
  - Chinese
  - Danish
  - Dutch
  - English
  - Estonian
  - German
  - Greek
  - Finnish
  - French
  - Hebrew
  - Hungarian
  - Indonesian
  - Italian
