Applying filters in your Reviews dashboard

To see only reviews that meet a certain criteria in your Reviews dashboard:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage reviews > Reviews dashboard.

  • Click the Search and filter icon.

  • Click Add filter +.

Filter with status

To filter your reviews based on their statuses:

  • Select Status and choose from the following categories:

Option

What it means

To Curate

To show all reviews that are pending

Published

To show all reviews that are published

Hidden

To show all reviews that are hidden

Filter with sources

To filter your reviews based on their sources:

  • Select Source and choose from the relevant source.

Filter with ratings

To filter your reviews based on their ratings:

  • Select Rating and choose from the following categories:

    • 1 Star

    • 2 Stars

    • 3 Stars

    • 4 Stars

    • 5 Stars

Filter with types

To filter your reviews based on their types:

  • Select Type and choose from the following categories:

Option

What it means

With replies

To show all reviews with at least 1 public or private reply

Without replies

To show all reviews that haven't been replied

Includes pictures

To show all reviews that have at least 1 photo

Includes videos

To show all reviews that have at least 1 video

Featured for Carousel

To show all reviews that are featured for the Reviews Carousel

Pinned on Review Widget

To show all reviews that are pinned on the Review Widget

Verified reviews

To show all reviews that have a Verified badge

Not verified

To show all reviews that don't have a Verified badge

With personal information

To show all reviews that include customer personal details such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses.

With profanity

To show all reviews that contain flagged profanity or inappropriate language

With Custom Forms

To show all reviews that were submitted with answers from custom form questions (e.g., sizing, age, use case)
