Understanding your automated flows

How automated flows work in Judge.me Email: the five flows, activating emails, and editing timing.

Available on the Free plan

Flows are automated emails. Each flow sends a sequence to customers automatically when they take a specific action, like subscribing or placing an order. You'll find them under Flows in your Judge.me Email admin.

The five flows

Judge.me Email comes with six ready-to-use flows. You can't create or delete flows — you switch the ones you want on or off.

The Flows list shows each flow's trigger, how many emails are live, recipients and revenue over the last 30 days, and a Status badge (Active or Inactive).

How the emails work

Each flow is a short sequence of emails. When you switch a flow on, every email that's ready to send goes live at once. An email that's missing something — like a subject line or content — stays a draft until you finish it.

Each email shows a Live or Draft badge so you can see at a glance what's sending.

Turn a flow on or off

  1. From your Judge.me Email admin, go to Flows.

  2. Click the flow you want to open.

  3. Click Activate flow to start it, or Deactivate flow to stop it.

To activate or pause a single email, use the Live toggle on that email's card. If an email can't go live yet, you'll see Fix the following before activating: with the issues to resolve (for example, add a template or a subject line).

Edit the timing

Each email shows when it sends — either Send immediately or Wait [time], then send. To change it:

  1. Open the flow.

  2. Next to the email's timing, click Edit.

  3. Set the wait value and choose minutes, hours, or days.

  4. Click Save.

Note: Timing changes apply to future subscribers only. Emails already scheduled keep their original send time.

Add an email to a flow

To extend a sequence, click + Add email in the flow. New emails start as drafts. A flow can have up to 8 emails.
