Judge.me Email is free to use. All of the core features — automated flows, campaigns, the sign-up popup, templates, subscribers, and analytics — are included at no cost, with one usage-based exception on total email volume (campaigns and flows combined).
What's free
All six automated flows (Welcome flow, Post-purchase thank you, Product recommendation, Abandoned checkout, Winback, Back in stock) sending counts toward the shared email allowance below, same as campaigns.
Email campaigns and all automated flow sends share one free allowance: your first 15,000 emails sent per billing period combined, then $0.15 per 1,000 emails after that.
Sends are also capped at 1,000 emails per hour per shop. If a campaign or flow has more recipients than that, it doesn't fail or get cut off — it automatically sends in batches over the next few hours until everyone's reached.

By default, your emails are sent from the shared Judge.me sending domain and carry Judge.me branding, and use a shared "From" address — all of which work out of the box with no setup.
Upgrading to the $15/month plan unlocks three things:
Sending from your own custom domain, which can improve deliverability and brand trust.
A custom "From" sender address.
Removing Judge.me branding from your emails.
