Judge.me Email is a Shopify email marketing app that helps you turn store visitors into subscribers and subscribers into repeat customers. It's a separate app from Judge.me Reviews, with its own admin inside your Shopify store.
Everything in this guide is free. The Awesome plan ($15/month) additionally unlocks sending from your own custom domain and removing the "Powered by Judge.me" branding from your emails.

Judge.me Email brings your subscriber acquisition, automated emails, and one-off campaigns together in one place:
Automated flows — six ready-to-use sequences (Welcome, Post-purchase thank you, Product recommendation, Abandoned checkout, Winback, and Back in stock) that send automatically when a customer takes an action.
Campaigns — one-off or scheduled emails you send to a Shopify customer segment.
Sign-up popup — a storefront popup that collects email subscribers and can offer a discount.
Template editor and library — a block-based editor and a set of pre-built templates that pick up your brand automatically.
Subscribers — your customer list, kept in sync with Shopify.
Analytics — a revenue-led dashboard showing what your emails earn.
Setting up Judge.me Email
The fastest way to start is the setup guide on your Home dashboard — a checklist that walks you through the essentials:
Set up your brand — set your logo, colors, fonts, and buttons so every email looks like your store.
Activate your automations — turn on at least one flow to start sending emails automatically.
Enable Judge.me on your storefront — turn on the app embed in your theme so your sign-up forms can appear.
Set up your sign-up popup — capture email subscribers from your storefront.
Complete these and the guide moves on to activating your remaining flows, then reviewing any draft emails inside them. It stays on your Home dashboard until everything's done, and you can come back to it anytime.

Finding your way around
The main navigation in the Judge.me Email admin has these sections:
Judge.me Email (Home) — your email performance dashboard.
Subscribers — your synced customer list.
Campaigns — create and track one-off sends.
Popups — appears in the navigation once the sign-up popup is enabled for your store.
Flows — your five automated sequences.
Templates — the template library, your saved templates, and your brand settings (logo, colors, fonts, and buttons).
Settings — sending rules, sender & tracking, sending domain, back in stock, API tokens, and plan & billing. (Brand customization now lives under Templates, not Settings.)
