The Judge.me Email app now displays in 15 languages. The emails, campaigns, and sign-up popup you send to customers aren’t translated for you, so they send in whatever language you write them in.
What this means for you
The app follows your Shopify admin language. Each person on your team sees it in the language set on their own Shopify account.
There’s no language setting in the app. To change the language, change it in your Shopify account preferences, then reopen the app.
If your Shopify language isn’t one of the 15 we support, the app displays in English.
Emails, campaigns, and your sign-up popup send in exactly whatever language you write them in — nothing translates or adapts automatically based on your customers' own language or store locale.

Sending in your own language today
Nothing stops you from writing and sending emails in another language — you just do the translation yourself in the meantime:
Open any email, campaign, or your popup in the template editor.
Replace the default English copy with your own text, in whatever language you want.
Save and send as normal.
It sends exactly as written, to every customer, regardless of their own store language.
