What’s New at Judge.me: September Feature Highlights
By Judge.me team
Sep 24, 2025

A faster way to find what you need
We’ve redesigned the way you navigate Judge.me to better match how you actually use it — shaped directly by feedback from store owners like you.
Now, your most-used tools and settings are organized more intuitively, so you can spend less time clicking around and more time growing your store.
Even better: all your integrations now live in one central space. Search, filter, and activate the tools you need — all from one place. It’s a simpler, smarter way to get things done.

Store reviews — now free, and fully automated
We’ve unlocked store-level reviews for everyone on the Free plan. That means you can now collect feedback on the entire shopping experience — not just the products.
Even better, you can automate requests to go out at just the right time, after someone leaves a product review. It’s a low-effort way to turn happy customers into powerful trust-builders for your brand.

A gentle way to handle negative feedback
Negative reviews happen — but now you have a way to catch them before they go public.
If a customer starts to leave a 1- or 2-star review, they’ll see a helpful prompt encouraging them to reach out to your support team first. This gives you a final chance to fix the issue and protect your reputation.
It’s a small step that can make a big difference.

Live preview: Edit with confidence
Making design changes to your review widgets? You can now see exactly how they’ll look before publishing — with our new live preview feature.
Edit layouts, colors, and display settings in real time, using either real or sample reviews. No guesswork, no surprises — just a clear, streamlined editor to help you get it right the first time.

Horizon-ready: Full compatibility with Shopify’s latest theme
Using Shopify’s Horizon theme? Good news — all Judge.me widgets are now fully optimized to match its modern layout and design system.
Your reviews will look clean, native, and on-brand — right out of the box.

Five new integrations to unlock more value
We’re always working to connect Judge.me with the tools you already love. This month, we’ve added five powerful new integrations:
Rivo – Reward reviewers with loyalty points
LEO – Display reviews in your custom mobile app
Grapevine – Trigger follow-up surveys based on review scores
ViaSocket – Connect review events with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
Webrex SEO – Use review data to improve rich snippets and boost your SEO
Each one is designed to help you make your reviews more impactful, across more channels.
