Conclusion

Your reviews were already doing good work on your store. This course was about making sure they do not stop there.

Two Kinds of Reach, Working Together

The two halves of this course pull in the same direction from opposite ends. One is reach you create: you choose a review, build a social proof banner from it, and place it deliberately in an ad, a social post, an abandoned cart email, or a post-purchase recommendation. Every one of those is a decision you make about which review answers which doubt.

The other is reach that runs on its own. Once syndication is set up, your verified reviews keep arriving on your listings across TikTok Shop, the Shop app, Facebook and Instagram Shops, and Google Shopping, with no ongoing effort from you.

Together they cover both ends of the journey. The shopper who has never heard of you meets a real customer's words in an ad or a search result, and the shopper who nearly bought gets their specific hesitation answered.

Where to Start

If you are picking one thing to do this week, make it the one that matches where your shoppers already are. If you are running paid or organic social, build a banner from your most specific review and put it into your next campaign. If you are selling on marketplace channels or your products show up in Google Shopping, set up syndication once and let it work.

Both take minutes rather than hours, and both keep paying out long after you have set them up.

Judge.me's social proof banner and review syndication are the two features to reach for, and our help centre has the step-by-step for each. If you have questions along the way, our support team is ready to help.
