Pinning a review (or multiple reviews) is a handy way to ensure that your top-rated reviews always appear at the top, giving your customers the best insights right away.
Considerations
Pinned reviews only appear in the Review Widget and Review Snippets. They do not appear at the top of the Happy Customers Widget, the Floating Reviews Tab and any other widgets.
You can pin up to 5 reviews for each product. If you pin more than 5, the most recently pinned reviews will be automatically unpinned when you refresh the page.
How pinning reviews works
To pin a review:
In your Judge.me admin, go to the Reviews section.
Choose the reviews you'd like to pin, and click the Add tags.
Select the tag Pin review on the Reviews Widget.
Click Save.
Once pinned:
The review will appear at the top of the Review Widget on your product page.
Pinned reviews stay at the top regardless of the selected sort method (e.g. Most Recent, Most Helpful). However, if "Only Pictures" is selected, only image reviews are shown — so the pinned review may not appear unless it includes a photo.
