Changing to a new reviews app doesn't mean saying goodbyes to your hard-earned reviews. Especially with Judge.me, it's super easy to get your existing reviews over and show them proudly on your store.
Step 1: Export your reviews from the previous app

From you Klaviyo admin, go to Reviews from the left navigation.
Go to the All Reviews tab.
Go to Options and select Export Reviews.
When your export is ready, the account owner will receive an email with the subject line [ACCOUNT NAME] Your reviews data export is ready.

From your Opinew admin, go to Account > Plans and Billing.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Export Reviews.
Junip

From your Junip admin, go to Manage reviews.
Click Export reviews.
Rivyo
Rivyo
From your Rivyo admin, go to Import/Export Reviews.
Click Export reviews.
Okendo
Okendo
Go to Okendo's dashboard, then Settings.
Then head to Import/Export.
Click on the Export icon.
Choose your desired time frame filter.
Click Request Export.
Step 2: Import these reviews to Judge.me
Note:
Imported reviews are not automatically verified.
Once you've got your exported CSV file from the previous app, you can now import that file to Judge.me without having to make any changes to the file.
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Import & sync reviews.
In Import reviews from a CSV file, select the app you were using.
Upload the CSV file and click Import.
