The Product Management page gives you a centralized place to manage product-level settings. This includes review request control, coupon eligibility, and product-specific import actions. It improves flexibility for stores with large catalogs or product-specific rules, and allows you to monitor product-level metrics and review performance to help refine your review strategy.
Considerations
No save button is available, the changes are saved automatically upon action.
When disabling requests for a specific product, it will also apply to Klaviyo review requests.
How to access Product Management page
To access the Product Management page:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Product Management.
You will see a searchable, filterable table of all your Shopify products.
Click any product's row to open its dedicated page.
Importing reviews per product
You can import reviews to a specific product by clicking the upload (⬇️) button in the Product Management table. This opens a dropdown with available sources. You can import reviews for a specific product via:
AliExpress: Importing reviews from AliExpress
Spreadsheet: Importing reviews with Judge.me import wizard
This can also be done via the product dedicated detail page.
Getting QR code and review link
Click the share button next to a product in the Product Management table to open the Product review collection link modal.
From this modal, you can:
Copy a direct review link for that product
Download a QR code (PNG format) that links to the review page
Choose where to send reviewers:
Judge.me-hosted review form, or
Your in-store review form
This can also be done via the product dedicated detail page.
More product actions
Click the three-dot (⋯) next to a product in the Product Management table to access more actions. These include:
View in store: Opens the product page on your storefront
View in Shopify: Opens the product in your Shopify admin
Turn off review requests: Disables Judge.me review request emails for the product
Turn off coupon eligibility: Prevents coupon rewards from being issued for this product
Add/Remove product group: Link the product to a product review group, or unlink if it is already part of a group.
Disabling/enabling requests and coupons, and adding/removing from a group can also be done via the product dedicated detail page.
Dedicated product detail page
To open a product dedicated detail page:
From Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Product Management
Click on a product row to open its dedicated page
From this page, you can see and manage its settings, group, reviews and statistics.
Product details
At the top of the page, you can see:
Product name and status: Whether the product is published or not.
Shopify attributes: Product ID, product handle, SKU, barcodes, type, tags, collections, vendor.
Judge.me settings:
Review requests status: Active or inactive.
Coupon status: Active or inactive.
Group status: See current product review group.
Product statistics
The product statistics section gives you an overview of product review performance over time. By default, the chart displays data from the last 12 months, but you can adjust the time range to suit your needs.
Available filters include:
Today, Yesterday
Last 7, 30, or 90 days
Last 12 months
All time
Custom: manually select a start and end date
You can use this data to spot trends, identify peak review activity, and measure the impact of campaigns or promotions.
Total reviews
Reviews with media
Average rating
Line chart of review volume over time (with date filter)
Reviews management
This section allows you to moderate and manage reviews for the selected product, using the same tools available in your main Reviews dashboard.
