Shopify Sidekick is Shopify's AI assistant built into the Shopify admin. With Judge.me installed, Sidekick can answer questions about your reviews, settings, and performance — and take actions like publishing reviews or updating settings — no need to switch between apps.
How it works
Once Judge.me is installed on your store, Sidekick automatically has access to your Judge.me data. There's nothing to set up or enable — just open Sidekick in your Shopify admin and ask a question.
Sidekick can help you with:
Review metrics — Ask about your review counts, average ratings, and review request performance (e.g. "How many reviews did I get this month?" or "What's my average product rating?").
Feature discovery — Ask what Judge.me features are available and whether they're enabled on your store (e.g. "What review collection features do I have?" or "Is my spam filter turned on?").
Settings overview — Ask about your current Judge.me configuration (e.g. "When are my review request emails sent?" or "What integrations do I have connected?").
Review search — Search your reviews by keyword, rating, or source (e.g. "Show me my 1-star reviews" or "Find reviews mentioning shipping").
Widget status — Check which Judge.me widgets are installed on your store (e.g. "Which Judge.me widgets do I have installed?").
Revenue attribution — See how reviews contribute to your store's revenue (e.g. "How much revenue did reviews drive?").
Review actions — Publish or hide a review, send or skip a review request, and exclude products from review requests (e.g. "Hide this review", "Send the review request for order #1234 now", "Exclude this product from review requests").
Settings changes — Toggle features on or off (e.g. "Turn on the spam filter", "Enable coupon rewards", "Disable helpful votes").
How to use it
From your Shopify admin, click the Sidekick icon in the top bar.
Type a question about your Judge.me reviews, settings, or performance — or ask Sidekick to take an action.
Sidekick asks for your consent to access Judge.me data before answering or taking action.
Click Yes to continue. To skip this prompt for future requests, click Yes, and don’t ask again.
For questions, Sidekick responds with information pulled directly from your Judge.me data.
For actions, Sidekick opens Judge.me in a pop-up so you can review the details and confirm or cancel the action.

Considerations
Sidekick is available in the Shopify admin on stores using Shopify's supported plans. Check Shopify's documentation for Sidekick availability in your region and plan.
No setup is required on the Judge.me side — Sidekick can access your review data automatically once Judge.me is installed.
Sidekick pulls live data from your store, so responses reflect your current review counts, settings, and performance.
Sidekick is available on the Free plan, but some Judge.me actions and settings require the Awesome plan. If you ask Sidekick to update an Awesome-only feature, it will let you know that an upgrade is needed.
