Add coupon details to the smart template

Available on the Awesome plan

If you've enabled coupons, you can also showcase the coupon details in your smart review request email templates:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Coupons.

  • In the Coupons section, enable "Show coupon in smart review request emails (Recommended)".

  • Click Save.

A coupon block that include the following elements will then be added to your smart email templates:

  • The actual discount value (e.g. 10%)

  • The "Write a review and get a coupon for 10% off your next purchase" text (this text cannot be changed)

Notes:

  • If your business operates in regions with strict email marketing regulations, such as Germany or countries in the European Union, mentioning rewards in a review request email may classify it as a marketing email rather than a transactional one. In these cases, you must obtain explicit consent before sending the email.
