Featuring a review lets you manually highlight specific customer reviews and control where they appear on your storefront, giving you more control over which feedback is emphasized.
How it works
Once a review is featured, it can be shown in the following widgets:
Reviews Carousel (when Review curation is set to "Choose reviews manually").
Cards Carousel (when Reviews selection is set to "Featured").
Videos Carousel (when Reviews selection is set to "Featured").
Testimonials Carousel (when Reviews selection is set to "Featured").
Pop-up Reviews Widget (when Review selection is set to "Choose reviews manually").
Featured reviews can also be added as a feed to use in Klaviyo marketing emails.
Feature a review
To feature a review:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Find the review you want to feature.
Click the heart icon (♡) on the left of that review.
