Migrating reviews from Air Reviews to Judge.me

Available on the Free plan

Switching from Air Reviews to Judge.me is quick, hassle-free, and completely free. In this guide, we’ll take you through the steps to export your existing Air Reviews data and import it into Judge.me at no cost.

Considerations

  • Reviews imported from Air Reviews won't be verified in Judge.me as the import doesn't provide verification data that meets our standards.

  • Imported reviews won’t appear in the Product Ratings feed for Google Shopping.

  • Unverified product reviews and Store reviews cannot be synced to TikTok Shop.

  • Images imported from the Air Reviews export file will appear as broken "Review photo thumbnail" placeholders in your Judge.me Reviews dashboard. This is expected and only affects the Reviews dashboard. These images still display correctly on your live store.

  • Videos are not imported by default. If you have videos in your reviews, after the reviews have been imported, you can edit the reviews to upload your videos.
