How to import reviews from Air Reviews to Judge.me

From your Air Reviews admin, go to Manage reviews.

Click Export reviews on the top right.

Choose All reviews and click Export.

1. From your Air Reviews admin, go to Manage reviews.
2. Click Export reviews on the top right.
 
 
 
3. Choose All reviews and click Export.

If you experience any issues exporting your reviews from Air Reviews, please contact their support for assistance.

To import the reviews that you exported from Air Reviews to Judge.me:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings &gt; Import reviews.

Click the Import from apps button.

Find "Air Reviews" and click Import. ​

Upload the CSV file you exported in Step 1.

1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings &gt; Import reviews.
2. Click the Import from apps button.
3. Find "Air Reviews" and click Import. ​
 
 
4. Upload the CSV file you exported in Step 1.
5. Click Import.

Once you upload the review file, we process it in the background. 

When the import is complete (usually within 5 minutes), you’ll receive an email with the results, sent to the address listed under your <a href="https://judge.me/help/en/articles/10534715-admin-notification-emails">Admin notifications</a>.

You can also view these results directly in the <a href="https://judge.me/help/en/articles/12086833-reviews-import-log">Reviews Import Log</a> inside your Judge.me admin.

If your reviews are successfully imported:

To show your imported Product reviews on product pages, install the Star Rating Badge and <a href="https://judge.me/help/en/articles/11424925-installing-the-review-widget">Review Widget</a>.

To show your imported Store reviews, set up the <a href="https://judge.me/help/en/articles/8201189-creating-an-all-reviews-page">All Reviews Page</a> and <a href="https://judge.me/help/en/articles/8201249-adding-the-floating-reviews-tab">Floating Reviews Tab</a>.

Since videos are not imported by default, if you have videos in your reviews, after the reviews have been imported, you can <a href="https://judge.me/help/en/articles/8370197-editing-reviews">edit the reviews</a> to upload your videos.
