Switching from Air Reviews to Judge.me is quick, hassle-free, and completely free. In this guide, we’ll take you through the steps to export your existing Air Reviews data and import it into Judge.me at no cost.
Note: Imported reviews are not automatically verified. Please get in touch with support@judge.me with proof (e.g., screenshots of order history) for manual verification.
Step 1: Install Judge.me
Go to Judge.me's app listing on the Shopify App Store.
Click Install and follow the installation process.
Step 2: Export reviews from Air Reviews
From your Air Reviews admin, go to Manage reviews.
Click Export reviews on the right side of the screen.
Choose All reviews and click Export.
Step 3: Import Reviews to Judge.me
Open the Judge.me app from your Shopify admin.
Click Manage Reviews in the left-side panel.
Click Import & sync reviews at the top right.
Under Import reviews from a CSV file, select Air Reviews and upload the CSV file you exported.
Click Import to complete the process.
Step 4: Uninstall Air Reviews
From Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Find Air Reviews, click the three-dot icon next to it, and select Uninstall.
