Note: Imported reviews are not automatically verified. Please get in touch with support@judge.me with proof (e.g., screenshots of order history) for manual verification.
Step 1: Install Judge.me
Go to Judge.me's app listing on the Shopify App Store.
Click Install and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 2: Export reviews from Loox
In your Loox admin dashboard, navigate to Reviews > Manage Reviews.
Click Export to .csv.
A CSV file containing your reviews will be downloaded to your computer.
Step 3: Import reviews to Judge.me
Open the Judge.me app from your Shopify admin.
Click Manage Reviews in the left-side panel.
Click Import & sync reviews at the top right.
Under Import reviews from a CSV file, select Loox and upload the CSV file you exported.
Click Import to complete the process.
Step 4: Uninstall Loox
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Locate Loox, click the three-dot menu, and select Uninstall.
