Available on the Free plan

Looking to migrate from Loox to Judge.me? We’ve got you covered! This guide walks you through the free process of exporting your Loox reviews and importing them into Judge.me, ensuring a smooth transition so you can continue leveraging social proof on your store.

Considerations

  • Reviews imported from Loox will be selectively verified in Judge.me based on the verification data that meets our standards.

  • Imported reviews won’t appear in your Google Shopping product reviews feed.

How to import reviews from Loox to Judge.me

Step 1: Export reviews from Loox

  1. From your Loox admin, go to Reviews > Manage Reviews.

  2. Click Export to .csv.

  3. A CSV file containing your reviews will be downloaded to your computer.

Step 2: Import reviews to Judge.me

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Import reviews.

  2. Click the Import from apps button.

  3. Find "Loox" and click Import.

  4. Upload the CSV file you exported from Loox.

  5. Click Import to complete the process.

Step 3: Check the import result

Once you upload the review file, we process it in the background.

When the import is complete (usually within 5 minutes), you’ll receive an email with the results, sent to the address listed under your Admin notifications.

You can also view these results directly in the Reviews Import Log inside your Judge.me admin.

If your import succeeds

If your reviews are successfully imported:

  • To show your imported Product reviews on product pages, install the Star Rating Badge and Review Widget.

  • To show your imported Store reviews, set up the All Reviews Page and Floating Reviews Tab.

  • Since videos are not imported by default, if you have videos in your reviews, after the reviews have been imported, you can edit the reviews to upload your videos.

If your import fails

If, unfortunately, your reviews fail to import, check out this article to fix your CSV file and reimport the failed reviews.
