Published reviews → sizing insights and shopper fit notes in Clean Size Charts

Judge.me and Clean Size Charts integration: three review snippets feeding a consensus sizing note.

Turn reviews into sizing insights and fit notes

Judge.me and Clean Size Charts let Shopify merchants turn the sizing language already sitting inside their published product reviews into something useful, without asking shoppers a separate sizing question. Once connected, Clean Size Charts reads your published Judge.me reviews and scans the text for fit signals — phrases like “runs small” or “size up.” Products with a consistent signal get a short fit note on the storefront, such as “Most reviewers say this runs small, consider sizing up,” right where a shopper is deciding.

See which products have a sizing problem

The same classified review data also powers Clean Size Charts’ Sizing Insights dashboard: a per-product view that ranks items by fit disagreement and trending complaints, and separately flags products that have fit issues but no size chart yet. That gives you a review-backed list of where to focus — both products whose existing chart may need a fix, and products that need a chart at all — instead of guessing which products need attention.

How Judge.me and Clean Size Charts work together

You authorize Clean Size Charts through Judge.me OAuth with read-only access to your published reviews and products. Clean Size Charts then imports your existing reviews in a one-time backfill and polls for new ones on a nightly schedule — there’s no webhook and nothing is pushed from Judge.me. The connection never creates, edits, replies to or deletes anything in Judge.me. Follow the connection setup guide for configuration and screenshots.

Before you connect

  • Plans and platform: Install both apps on the same Shopify store. Judge.me’s Free plan is enough for this integration — it only needs read-only API access, not a higher-tier feature. Clean Size Charts requires its Plus plan: Sizing Insights and Fit Notes are Plus-only features on Clean Size Charts’ side.

  • Where it shows: The fit note appears on the storefront product page, and only once Clean Size Charts’ theme-editor Fit Notes app block has been added — it won’t appear automatically after connecting. Sizing Insights is a Clean Size Charts admin dashboard, not a storefront feature. Fit notes publish on a nightly cycle, so allow up to 24 hours after setup before they appear.

  • Eligibility: Only published reviews are read. A product needs enough fit-related language across its reviews, with a clear consensus on sizing direction, before it gets a fit note or appears decisively in Sizing Insights.

  • Support: Clean Size Charts develops and maintains this integration. Its support team is the best contact for setup or display issues.
