Give your AI chatbot real reviews to answer with

Judge.me and AeonicX let Shopify merchants bring published product reviews into AeonicX’s AI chatbot. When a shopper asks AeonicX a product question, or the chatbot makes a recommendation, it can draw on your published Judge.me reviews — star ratings and customer quotes — as supporting evidence. AeonicX separately scans your imported reviews for recurring themes, showing how many customers mentioned each one; the KB doesn’t document where that view appears, so this page doesn’t claim it shows up in the chat itself. This is about using reviews you already have, not collecting new ones through chat; your own product information stays the source of truth for factual claims, and review content is never treated as fact on its own.

When AeonicX recommends a product, the proof comes with it

If a shopper’s conversation leads AeonicX to suggest a product, the card it shows for that recommendation can carry the same star rating and customer quote as a question-and-answer reply — so the suggestion comes with real customer evidence attached, not just the chatbot’s own description.

How Judge.me and AeonicX work together

You authorize AeonicX through Judge.me’s OAuth with read-only access, then AeonicX imports your published reviews, matched to your products by Shopify product ID. From there, the chatbot uses that review content as supporting evidence when it answers questions or recommends products. The connection is read-only: AeonicX never writes, edits, replies to or deletes anything in Judge.me. Follow the connection setup guide for configuration and screenshots.

Before you connect

• Plans and platform: Install both apps on the same Shopify store. This integration works on Judge.me’s Free plan. AeonicX requires a paid plan (a 14-day free trial is available) — check current pricing on its Shopify listing, since the integration itself doesn’t need a specific tier.

• Matching and eligibility: Only published reviews are imported, matched to products by Shopify product ID — authorize using the same store where both apps are installed, or the connection is refused. A review you delete or hide in Judge.me needs a manual sync in AeonicX to stop appearing in chat.

• Import timing: The initial import can take a few minutes; it isn’t instant. Turning on the storefront chat is a separate step, done in your Shopify theme editor.

• Support: AeonicX develops and maintains this integration. Its team is best placed to help with setup or chatbot-side issues.
