Judge.me and Commslayer integration: illustration of an umbrella review branching into a public reply or a private email.

Give new reviews a place in your team’s support workflow

The Judge.me and Commslayer integration turns new reviews into helpdesk tickets. Your team can read the feedback, respond to the customer and manage its publication from a dedicated Judge.me inbox in Commslayer.

Work through reviews alongside support conversations

Each new review arrives with its star rating, text, product details, customer information and publication status. Your team can use Commslayer’s tags and automations to organise the work and bring relevant feedback into its usual support routine.

For example, a review that describes a delivery problem gives your team a concrete issue to follow up on. The review becomes a conversation your team can handle in its helpdesk, with the product and customer context already attached.

Choose a public answer or a private follow-up

Post a public reply that appears with the review on your store, or send a private email through Judge.me when the conversation needs individual attention. You can also manually hide or republish a review from Commslayer.

On email tickets, a sidebar shows the customer’s Judge.me review history. That context can help an agent understand previous feedback while handling a new question. This sidebar is available for email conversations, not social channels.

How the integration works

Add a Judge.me inbox in Commslayer and authorise the connection. Reviews submitted after connecting create tickets in that inbox and appear in All conversations. Replies and publication actions connect back to Judge.me.

The connection starts with new reviews. It does not import reviews submitted before you connected the apps, so an empty new inbox does not mean the connection has failed.

Before you connect

  • Plans and platform: use Judge.me Awesome on Shopify. The integration is available on all Commslayer plans.

  • Timing: reviews submitted before connection are not backfilled into the inbox.

  • Customer context: review history in the sidebar is supported on email tickets, not social conversations.

  • Reply destination: a public reply appears with the review; a private reply goes to the customer by email through Judge.me.
