Our AI tool lets you generate a summary of your reviews for display in your Reviews Carousel. This allows your buyers to read the summary and make their decisions faster, without having to go through all the reviews.
How it works
Here's how AI review summary works when enabled:
Once you have at least 5 published text reviews, AI will analyze up to 500 of the published reviews within a selected timeframe.
AI then creates:
A short summary that highlights common themes or sentiments from those reviews.
A list of keywords that represent frequently mentioned topics.
The summary and keywords are displayed at the bottom of the Review Carousel.
You can regenerate the summary every 30 days if you'd like to keep it updated as new reviews come in.
How it looks
The AI review summary includes:
The "What customers think about the store" header
A short paragraph summarizing customer sentiment, including both positive and constructive feedback
The "✨ AI-generated from customer reviews" label
Highlighted keywords based on recurring topics in the reviews (e.g. Sweet, Quality, Taste, Best)
Considerations
AI review summary is only available in the Reviews Carousel.
AI review summary is only available in English.
While the summary and keywords generated by AI can be re-generated every 30 days, they cannot be edited.
Set up AI review summary
To enable AI review summary in the Reviews Carousel:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets > Reviews Carousel.
Scroll down to the AI review summary section.
Select a date range, then click Generate summary.
After generating your summary, we will enable "Show AI review summary" automatically. You can then view the summary in your Reviews Carousel if it has been installed.
Disable AI review summary
To disable AI review summary in the Reviews Carousel:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets > Reviews Carousel.
Scroll down to the AI review summary section.
Unclick the checkbox next to "Show AI review summary".
Click Save.
