Store reviews give shoppers a broader picture of your brand by capturing their experience with customer support, delivery, and your website—not just your products. This guide walks you through setting up email templates, enabling post-review collection, and using storefront buttons to gather authentic store feedback.
Collect store reviews via review request emails
You can gather store reviews via review request emails by adding the Shop review block in the Email Templates or enabling the store review option in the Review Collection Page.
Step 1: Add the “Shop review” block to your Email Template
In your Judge.me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Email Templates.
Choose an existing template and click the Edit icon, or click Create template to make a new one.
In the Blocks tab:
Drag and drop the Shop review block into your template. This adds a Review our store button.
(Optional) Add a Text block to write a personalized message asking for store feedback.
Save your changes.
When a customer clicks the Review our store button in the email, they’ll be taken directly to your store review submission page.
👉 For more tips on using blocks, read our guide about using the drag-and-drop email editor.
Step 2: Enable store review collection after a product review
In the same email template editor, go to Settings > Advanced.
Set the Redirect users to option to Review Collection Page (this option is set by default).
On the Post-Review modules of this page, check the box for Collect store reviews.
After a customer submits a product review on the Review Collection Page, they’ll be prompted to rate their overall store experience as the next step.
When they click to leave a store review, they’ll be redirected to the full store review submission form.
