This guide walks you through setting up email templates, enabling post-review collection, and using storefront buttons to gather authentic store feedback.
Collect store reviews from the Write a review flow

How it works
You can ask customers to leave a store review right after they have submitted a product review.
Here's how it works:
Your customer submits a product review, either via the review request emails or from the Review Widget on your product page.
Once the product review is submitted, we open a separate form where they can share feedback about their overall shopping experience.
Enable store reviews in the Write a review flow
To enable store review collection after a product review is submitted:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets > Write a Review.
Scroll down to the Submission flow section.
Click the checkbox next to Request store review after product review is submitted.
Click Save.
Collect store reviews from the review request email (Custom styling template)
Available on the Awesome plan
How it works
You can gather store reviews via review request emails by adding the Shop review block in your Custom styling template.
Here's how it works:
Your customer receives a Custom styling review request email template, which includes a Review our store button.
When the customer clicks the Review our store button in the email, they’ll be taken directly to your store review submission page.
Add the Shop review block
To add the Shop review block in your Custom styling template:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates.
In Review request and reminder emails, click the Edit button on the right of the Custom styling template you want to edit.
In the Blocks tab, drag and drop the Shop review block into your template. This adds a Review our store button.
(Optional) Add a Text block to write a personalized message asking for store feedback.
Click Save.

How it works
You can collect store reviews directly in your post-review and reward emails—turning follow-ups into powerful feedback moments without extra outreach.
Here's how it works:
Your customer submits a product review.
Depending on your settings, we might send them the following emails:
Post-review notifications:
Media reminder email
Discounts and rewards
We check if the customer has submitted a store review.
If they haven't left a store review, we include a block at the bottom of these emails to ask for a store review.
Add the store review block to your emails
The store review block can be enabled separately for the following emails, giving you control over where they appear.
1. Review confirmation email
To add the store review block in your Review confirmation email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Review confirmation.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
2. Reply notification email
To add the store review block in your Reply notification email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Reply notification.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
3. Media reminder email
To add the store review block in your Media reminder email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Media reminder.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
4. Q&A notification email
To add the store review block in your Q&A notification email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Q&A notification email.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
5. Coupon email
To add the store review block in your Coupon email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Coupon.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
6. Coupon reminder email
To add the store review block in your Coupon reminder email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Coupon reminder.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
7. Referral reward email
To add the store review block in your Referral reward email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Referral customer reward.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Ask for a store review.
Click Save.
Customize your store review block
The content and design of the store review block are customized globally and apply consistently across all emails where product recommendations are enabled.
1. Title
To change the title of the store review block:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Edit template styling.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Adjust the default texts in the following field to your likings:
Store review section title: "Rate your experience with
{{ shop_name }}" (up to 100 characters)
Click Save.
2. Review trigger
To set the review trigger of the store review block:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Edit template styling.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Open the Review trigger dropdown.
Select one of the following options:
Stars
Button
(Optional) Adjust the default texts in the following field to your likings:
Button text: "Write a store review"
Click Save.
Collect store reviews with the QR code and Review link

How it works
Here's how store reviews can be collected using the QR code or Review link:
You share the store review QR code or store review link with your customer.
The customer scans the QR code or review link and is redirected to a Judge.me hosted page to leave the store review.
Get your QR code and review link
To get the QR code and review link to collect store reviews:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Request reviews > Links, QR codes and point of sale review collection.
Scroll down to the Store review link section.
To download the QR code, click Download PNG.
To get the review link, click Copy link to clipboard.
View and display store reviews
1. View store reviews

To view all your store reviews:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Store Reviews.
2. Display store reviews
To display store reviews on your storefront, you can:
Create an All Reviews page to display both store reviews and products reviews in a standalone page (Awesome plan)
Install the Floating Reviews Tab to display both store reviews and products reviews as a side tab on your store (Awesome plan)
Install the Reviews Carousel to feature up to 15 store reviews (Free plan)
