The Questions and Answers Widget lets shoppers ask product-specific questions directly on your product pages. You can respond publicly in the Review Widget and privately via email. This user-generated content builds trust, reduces support inquiries, and creates a rich FAQ that improves SEO and boosts conversions.
Install the Q&A widget
To add the Questions and Answers widget to your product pages:
In your Judge.me admin, go to Widgets > Questions and Answers > Customize.
Enable Show Q&A Tab to display questions and answers inside the Review Widget.
Enable Show Q&A Badge to add a clickable badge below the product title.
Click Save.

Go to Settings > Other Widgets > Questions and Answers > Questions and Answers Installation.
Enable the Q&A tab and Q&A badge to display on your product pages.
Customize the Q&A widget
Go to Widgets > Questions and Answers > Customize. Here, you can customize:
Tab labels: Set the display text for the two tabs in the Review Widget, such as Reviews and Questions.
Badge position: Choose whether to place the Q&A badge on the same row or a separate row from the Star Rating Badge.
Note: Even if you disable review collection from the product page, the Ask a question button still appears if Q&A is enabled.

Manage your questions and answers
Moderate questions
In Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Questions & Answers. Here, you can:
Publish the questions (questions are hidden by default until you publish them).
Reply to the questions.
Edit and delete the questions or move them to another product.
Use the Ask community option to invite recent buyers to answer incoming questions. They’ll receive an email asking to contribute answers, adding valuable peer insights for future shoppers.
Filter spam questions
Judge.me integrates OOPSpam to detect and block spam questions. To activate spam filtering:
Go to Collect Reviews > Moderation > Review restriction.
Enable Filter out spam reviews and questions.
Detected spam appears under the Spam tab. Click Not Spam to move them back to the main list.

Send Q&A notification emails
You can notify shoppers when their questions are answered. Customize this in Collect Reviews > Reviewer Notifications > Q&A notification email.
