Unlock product recommendations to boost repeat purchases with a 15-day free trial.
You can now display personalized product recommendations at the end of your post-review and reward emails. This helps drive repeat purchases by showing customers other relevant products they may love—right after a positive review experience.
How it works
When enabled, product recommendations are displayed as a block at the bottom of the supported emails, titled We think you’d like. The block can show up to 3 products, each with a Buy now button, selected from one of the following options:
Bought together
Best selling
Most reviewed
Random selection
Add product recommendations to your emails
Product recommendations can be enabled separately for the following emails, giving you control over where they appear.
1. Review request email (Smart styling template)
To enable product recommendations in your Review request email (Smart styling template):
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates.
In Review request and reminder emails, click the Edit button on the right of the Smart styling template you want to edit.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
2. Review confirmation email
To enable product recommendations in your Review confirmation email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Review confirmation.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
For the Review confirmation email, to ensure positive engagement, product recommendations only show if the original review was 4 and 5 stars.
3. Reply notification email
To enable product recommendations in your Reply notification email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Reply notification.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
For the Reply notification email, to ensure positive engagement, product recommendations only show if the original review was 4 and 5 stars.
4. Media reminder email
To enable product recommendations in your Media reminder email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Media reminder.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
For the Media reminder email, to ensure positive engagement, product recommendations only show if the original review was 4 and 5 stars.
5. Q&A notification email
To enable product recommendations in your Q&A notification email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Q&A notification email.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
For the Q&A notification email, only a single product recommendation is shown—relevant to the question the customer asked.
6. Coupon email
To enable product recommendations in your Coupon email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Coupon.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
7. Coupon reminder email
To enable product recommendations in your Coupon reminder email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Coupon reminder.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
8. Referral reward email
To enable product recommendations in your Referral reward email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Referral customer reward.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Click the checkbox next to Show product recommendations.
Click Save.
Customize your product recommendations
The content and design of the product recommendations block are customized globally and apply consistently across all emails where product recommendations are enabled.
1. Recommended products
To select the type of products to include in the product recommendations block:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Edit template styling.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Open the Featured products dropdown.
Select one of the following options:
Bought together
Best selling
Most reviewed
Random selection
Click Save.
2. Number of products
To set the number of products to include in the product recommendations block:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Edit template styling.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Open the Number of products dropdown.
Select one of the following options: 1, 2, 3.
Click Save.
3. Title and button texts
To change the texts in the product recommendations block:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Email templates > Edit template styling.
Scroll down to the Email add-ons section at the bottom.
Adjust the default texts in the following fields to your likings:
Block title: "We think you'd like" (up to 100 characters)
Button text: "Buy now" (up to 50 characters)
Click Save.
