Using the template library

Browse pre-built templates, reuse your saved designs, and start a new email from a template or blank.

Available on the Free plan

The template library gives you a head start on email design — pre-built templates that already match your brand, plus a place to keep your own saved designs. It's free, with no limit on how many templates you save.

Open the library

  1. From your Judge.me Email admin, go to Templates.

The page has two tabs:

  • Template library — pre-built templates suggested for you.

  • Your templates — designs you've saved.

Start a new email

  • Click Create new, then pick a template or choose Start from blank.

  • Preview any template and click Use template to open it in the editor, or Edit template to change a saved one.

Templates open in the email editor, where you can customise every block before sending.

Brand is applied automatically

Pre-built templates pick up your brand settings — logo, colours, and fonts — so they look like your store from the start. Set these in Settings > Branding.

Manage your saved templates

On the Your templates tab, you can rename, duplicate, or delete a saved template, and sort by most recently edited, least recently edited or alphabetically.
