The template library gives you a head start on email design. It has pre-built templates that already match your brand, plus a place to keep your own saved designs.
How it works
The Templates page has two tabs:
Template library — pre-built templates suggested for you.
Your templates — designs you've saved.
Picking a template copies its content into a new campaign, flow email, or saved template. After that, the copy is independent. Editing the original template later doesn't change anything you already built from it. Editing what you built doesn't change the template either.
You can also save any campaign as a new template. Do this from inside the editor. This creates a separate template of its own. It isn't linked back to the campaign it came from.
Your brand settings still apply to what you build. See Setting up your email branding for exactly when a branding change reaches something you've already created.
Considerations
There's no limit on how many templates you can save. This is free on every plan.
Setting up your templates
Start a new email
There are three ways to start: use a pre-built template, start from a blank canvas, or reopen one of your own saved templates.
From Judge.me Email admin, go to Templates.
To use a pre-built template: on the Template library tab, preview any template, then click Use template. This opens it in the editor as a new email.
To start with a blank canvas: click Start from blank or Create new.
To reopen one of your own designs: on the Your templates tab, preview a saved template, then click Edit template.
Manage your saved templates
Keep your saved designs organized from the Your templates tab.
From Judge.me Email admin, go to Templates, then click the Your templates tab.
Use the vertical ellipsis icon ⋮ next to each template to rename, duplicate, or delete a saved template.
Sort the list by most recently edited, least recently edited, or alphabetically.
