Setting up your email branding

Set your logo, colours, fonts, and footer so every email matches your brand, and push updates to your flows.

Your emails should look like they came from your store, not a generic template. Branding settings let you set your logo, colors, fonts, buttons, and footer once — so every email you send afterward matches your brand automatically, without restyling it from scratch.

Considerations

  • Templates always use your current branding — there's nothing to update.

  • Draft campaigns pick up branding automatically every time you save. Once a campaign is scheduled or sent, its branding is locked in — there's no way to update it afterward.

  • Flow emails only get new branding when you click Update flows. A branding change alone never reaches a flow email you've already built — this applies to every email in every flow, whether that flow is turned on or off, and whether the email itself is live or still a draft.

Setting up your branding

To set up your email branding:

  1. From Judge.me Email admin, go to Templates.

  9. Click Save.

Note: The unsubscribe link text is fixed and can't be edited — it's legally required, so its wording stays consistent.

Applying changes to your flows

When you change and Save your branding settings, a banner tells you whether your flows are up to date. To apply the latest branding to your existing flow emails, click Update flows and confirm.

Note: Clicking Update flows, replaces any manual style changes you've made to individual blocks inside your flow emails — your text, images, and products aren't affected, but block-level styling tweaks are.
