This guide covers who a campaign goes to, when it sends, and how to track it after.
Choosing your audience
Campaigns are sent to a Shopify segment. In the Audience step, open Audience segment and pick a segment from the list — each option shows its customer count, and Judge.me Email estimates the recipients for you.
There's no single "all subscribers" option — you always send to a segment. To reach everyone, use (or create) a Shopify segment that matches all your customers.
Create a new segment
If the audience you want isn't listed:
From your Shopify admin, create the customer segment you need.
Return to Judge.me Email and reopen the campaign.
Select your new segment under Audience segment.
Scheduling the send
In the Review & send step, under When to send:
Send now — the campaign goes out right away.
Schedule for later — choose a Date and Time. The time must be at least 15 minutes from now, and it's shown in your own timezone.
A scheduled campaign moves to the Scheduled status. To change your mind, open it and choose Cancel schedule — this moves it back to draft, and it won't send until you reschedule or send it.
Campaign statuses
Draft — not scheduled or sent yet.
Scheduled — set to send at a future time.
Sending — currently going out.
Sent — delivered.
Failed — the send didn't complete.
Cancelled — stopped during sending.
On the Campaigns list, use the tabs (All, Draft, Scheduled, Sent, Cancelled, Failed) to filter, and the row actions to Edit, View report, Duplicate, or Delete a campaign.
