Trust Badge

Display a trust badge on your store to showcase your verified review score and build shopper confidence.

Available on the Free plan for Early user program participant.

The Trust Badge displays your store's verified review score as a compact, branded badge — helping shoppers see at a glance that your store has real, verified customer reviews. When clicked, it opens a detailed modal with your rating distribution, AI-generated review summary, sentiment tags, and store features.

How it works

Once you enable the Trust Badge and have at least 1 verified published review:

  1. The badge displays on your storefront, showing your store's verified average rating, verified review count, and total review count.

  2. When a shopper clicks the badge, a modal opens with detailed trust information about your store, including:

    • Your store name and logo

    • Verified average rating and verified review count

    • Rating distribution (1–5 stars) based on verified reviews

    • AI-generated review summary (if available)

    • Sentiment keywords (e.g. Quality 👍, Shipping 👍)

    • A photo gallery of customer-uploaded media from verified reviews (if available)

Supported pages

The Trust Badge can be added in the following pages in a 2.0 theme:

  • Home page

  • Product page

  • Collection page

  • Collection list page

  • Page

  • Blog

  • Article

  • Cart page

Considerations

  • The Trust Badge requires at least 1 verified published review to be enabled. If your store has no verified reviews, you won't be able to turn it on.

  • The verified average rating and review count are calculated automatically from your verified published reviews and cannot be edited.

  • The AI review summary and sentiment tags displayed in the Trust Badge modal are the same store-level summaries used by other widgets. They are generated automatically and refreshed every 30 days.
