Sentimo helps you automatically moderate incoming reviews and generate smart, tone-matched AI replies. Once connected to your Judge.me account, new reviews are sent directly to Sentimo for sentiment analysis and, if enabled, instant replies.
How it works
Once enabled, the integration works in two parts: review moderation and AI replies.
Review moderation
Each review is sent from Judge.me to Sentimo in real time. Sentimo uses AI to analyze four key attributes:
Sentiment
Constructiveness
Respect
Sarcasm
Based on your moderation rules, Sentimo will automatically:
Approve the review
Reject the review
Hold the review for manual review
You define the thresholds for what gets published or flagged, giving you control over your brand's voice.
AI-generated review replies
When enabled, Sentimo can also generate AI responses to reviews.
Here's how the reply flow works:
Sentimo uses your configured tone (Empathetic, Formal, Fun, Neutral) and answer length (Short, Medium, Long).
You can define which review scores trigger an automatic reply (e.g., 1–3 stars only).
Replies sync back to Judge.me.
If Auto Accept Answers is enabled, replies will be published automatically—no manual review needed.
You can also choose to:
Email AI responses privately
Manually approve responses before publishing
Considerations
Sentimo is not available on the Shopify App Store yet. To use this integration, sign up or log in directly via dashboard.sentimoai.com.
Only new reviews are processed. Existing reviews in your Judge.me dashboard will not be analyzed or replied to.
Sentimo follows your existing Judge.me moderation flow. It does not change or override historical decisions.
Disabling the integration stops all syncing and analysis.
If Auto Accept Answers is turned on, replies will be published without your approval.
How to set up the Sentimo integration
To connect Sentimo to Judge.me:
Log in to your Sentimo dashboard.
Go to Integrations > Add Integration.
Fill in the following fields:
Is Active: Enable this toggle.
Identifier: Choose a unique name for this integration.
Vendor: Select Judge.me.
Click Create.
Once the page reloads, click Connect to Judge.me.
Approve the OAuth request to complete the connection.
Once approved, Judge.me will automatically start sending new reviews to Sentimo.
Auto-moderation
To enable auto-moderation:
Go to Company Settings in Sentimo.
Enable Auto sync reviews.
Open Moderation Rules and set your thresholds for:
Sentiment
Constructiveness
Respect
Sarcasm
AI-generated replies
To enabled AI-generated replies:
In Integrations > Your Judge.me Integration, configure:
Answer export enabled: Sync replies to Judge.me
Auto Answer Email Subject: Set the subject line
Send Private Email For Auto Answers: Optional
In Company Settings, configure:
Auto Answer Reviews
Auto Accept Answers
Tone (Empathetic / Formal / Fun / Neutral)
Answer Length (Short / Medium / Long)
Score ranges that trigger replies
