viaSocket is a workflow automation platform that allows merchants to connect apps and automate tasks across their store operations.
With the viaSocket × Judge.me integration, you can create automated workflows based on review events. For example, you can trigger actions when a new review is submitted or when a review is published.
This integration allows you to:

Connect Judge.me with other tools in your workflow

Automations run based on the trigger events configured in viaSocket.
Review collection and moderation are still managed through Judge.me.
Any additional actions or integrations are configured within viaSocket workflows.

How it works
After connecting Judge.me with viaSocket:
viaSocket listens for review-related events from Judge.me.
When an event occurs (such as a new review being created), viaSocket triggers the configured automation.
The automation performs the selected action, such as sending a notification or updating another app.
This allows merchants to build custom workflows that react to review activity in real time.
Enable the viaSocket × Judge.me integration
Follow the steps below to connect Judge.me with viaSocket.
In the viaSocket panel, go to Connections.
Choose Connect new apps.
Create a new automation workflow.
Select Judge.me as the trigger app.
Choose the review event you want to trigger the workflow (for example, New Review).
Connect your Judge.me account when prompted.
Select the action app and configure the automation.
Save and activate the workflow.
Once enabled, viaSocket will automatically run the workflow whenever the selected review event occurs.
