OneMobile is a no-code mobile app builder that lets Shopify merchants create branded iOS and Android apps. With the Judge.me integration, you can bring your product ratings and reviews directly into your mobile app, helping customers shop with confidence on mobile.
How it works
The integration connects Judge.me review data to your OneMobile app using your Judge.me Private API Token. Once connected:
OneMobile reads your Judge.me review data using the Private API Token you provide.
Star ratings appear on product cards in your mobile app's product listing pages.
The full review section displays on each product detail page, including review content, review date, attached images, total review count, and average star rating.
Customers can submit new reviews directly from the mobile app, and those reviews appear in your Judge.me dashboard.

How to set it up
Before you begin
Install the Judge.me Product Reviews app.
Install the OneMobile app.
Make sure your store has products with existing ratings and reviews in Judge.me.
Step 1: Get your Judge.me Private API Token
Follow the steps in the Using Judge.me API guide to get your private API token.
Step 2: Connect Judge.me in OneMobile
Open the OneMobile admin.
Go to Integrations.
Search for Judge.me and click View details.
Paste your Judge.me Private API Token into the token field.
Click Save.
Turn on the integration.
Step 3: Verify the integration
Open your OneMobile app preview or the published mobile app.
Navigate to a product listing page and verify that star ratings appear on product cards.
Open a product detail page and verify that the review section displays correctly, including review content, dates, images, total review count, and average star rating.
Submit a test review from the mobile app and confirm it appears in the product's review section.
Troubleshoot

Issue:
After connecting Judge.me in OneMobile, star ratings or reviews do not appear in the mobile app.
Why it happens:
The Private API Token may have been entered incorrectly, or the integration toggle may not be turned on.
How to fix:
Go to OneMobile Admin > Integrations > Judge.me. Verify the token is correct and the integration is turned on. If the issue persists, contact the OneMobile support team for assistance.
Reviews submitted from the mobile app are not appearing

Issue:
A customer submits a review through the mobile app, but it does not appear in the review section.
Why it happens:
If you have review moderation enabled in Judge.me, new reviews need to be approved before they appear publicly. There may also be a short delay before the review syncs.
How to fix:
Check your Judge.me dashboard for pending reviews. If moderation is on, approve the review. If the review does not appear in your dashboard at all, contact the OneMobile support team.
