AI-powered product summaries give shoppers a quick snapshot of what customers are saying about a product, without the need to scroll through every review. These summaries increase trust and reduce hesitation, especially for new or undecided customers.
How it works
Here's how AI product review summary works when enabled:
Once a product has more than 5 published text reviews, AI will analyze up to 100 of the most recent published reviews for that product.
AI then creates a short summary highlighting common themes or sentiments from those reviews.
This summary is displayed below the media gallery in the Review Widget of that product page.
Product summaries are refreshed automatically every 30 days. Newly eligible products (for example, those that reach five reviews) will be included in the next cycle.
If you disable the AI product review summary and then re-enable it, the same summary will be shown unless more than 30 days have passed since the last update.

Considerations
AI product review summary is only available in the Review Widget (new version).
The AI-powered review summary based on recent customer reviews disclaimer text is a system label and cannot be edited or customized.
How to set it up
To show AI product review summary in the Review Widget:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets > Review Widget.
Scroll down and open the Widget header section.
Scroll down to AI product review summary.
Click the checkbox next to Show product review summary.
(Optional) Click the checkbox next to Show summary text background to show the summary with a background highlight.
Click Save.
To change the Customers say title of the AI product review summary:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets > Review Widget.
Scroll down and open the Text section.
In the AI product review summary title field, adjust the texts to your linkings.
Click Save.
Multi-language support
AI product review summary supports multiple languages, including multi-language stores:
The summary will automatically appear in the same language as your Review Widget.
For stores with multiple languages, each product can display different summaries depending on the shopper's language.
Judge.me translates the original English summary, so the insights remain consistent across languages.
