Judge.me now supports importing reviewer names from Etsy. If you connected your Etsy shop before this feature was introduced, you must reauthorize your Etsy integration to allow Judge.me to access reviewer name data.
This update is required only once, and your existing reviews will remain unchanged. All new reviews imported after reauthorization will include the reviewer's Etsy display name.

How to upgrade the Etsy integration
If you already have Etsy connected in Judge.me, you will see a banner in Etsy syndication settings, prompting you to upgrade your Etsy integration. Follow these steps:
From Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Find and click the Etsy Review Syndication card.
Click the "Upgrade" button in the banner. This will:
Disconnect your old Etsy connection
Redirect you to your Etsy app management page
From your Etsy portal > Apps, find Judge.me Ltd and click "Disconnect".
In the confirmation pop-up, click "Disconnect" to confirm.
Navigate back to Settings > Integrations > Etsy syndication in Judge.me.
Click "Get started" to reconnect.
On the Etsy permissions page, click "Grant access".
Click "Sync reviews".
After reconnecting:
Future Etsy reviews will display reviewer names.
Your sync schedule remains the same (every 7 days).
You can trigger a manual sync anytime by clicking Sync reviews.
