Importing reviews from Etsy with a JSON file

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Available on the Free plan

If you have an Etsy store, you can manually import your Etsy reviews to Judge.me.

Considerations

  • For Etsy export with >2,000 reviews, you need to split it into smaller files before importing.

  • Etsy JSON file does not include Shopify product identifiers. You'll need to manually assign products to each review, which can be time-consuming if you have many products.

  • Reviews imported with Etsy JSON file won't be verified in Judge.me as it doesn't provide verification data that meets our standards.

To avoid these limitations, we suggest using the Etsy Sync feature, which automatically fetches reviews, supports large volumes, and makes sure the reviews are verified.
