Importing reviews from Rivyo

If you're switching from Rivyo to Judge.me, migrating your existing reviews is simple and seamless. This guide will show you how to export your Rivyo reviews and import them into Judge.me so you can continue displaying authentic social proof on your store without any disruptions.

Step 1: Export reviews from Rivyo

To export reviews from Rivyo:

  • From your Rivyo admin, go to Reviews.

  • Click the Export reviews button on the top right.

The export file will include:

Header name

Description

Product Handle

Product Handle of the reviewed product

Name

Name of the customer who left the review

Email

Email address of the customer

Rating

Score from 1-5, with 5 being the most positive review

Customer Image (Optional)

Review Title (Optional)

Short title summarizing the customer’s experience

Review Body (Optional)

Main content of the review

Reply (Optional)

Optional response from the store owner to the review

Date(yyyy-mm-dd)

Date when the review was created

Review Image1

Links to images attached to the review

Step 2: Import reviews to Judge.me

To import the reviews that you exported from Rivyo to Judge.me:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Reviews dashboard.

  • Click Import & sync reviews on the top right.

  • Under Import reviews from a CSV file, select "Rivyo" and click Import.

  • Upload the CSV file you exported in Step 1.

  • Click Import.

Step 3: Check the import result

The import will take around 5 minutes. Once it's finished, we will email you the results, including:

  • How many reviews successfully imported

  • How many reviews failed to import plus a CSV file of these failed reviews and why they failed

You can also find this information in the app:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.

  • Click the Import & sync reviews button.

  • Scroll down to Reviews import log.
