If you're switching from Growave to Judge.me, migrating your existing reviews is simple and seamless. This guide will show you how to export your Growave reviews and import them into Judge.me so you can continue displaying authentic social proof on your store without any disruptions.
Step 1: Export reviews from Growave
To export reviews from Growave:
From your Growave admin, go to Import/Export > Reviews.
Scroll down to Export Reviews / Questions & Answers.
Select the export type:

Questions & Answers
Choose an email address where you want to receive the exported data, and click Export.
The export file will include:
Header name | Description |
customer_name | Name of the customer who left the review |
customer_email | Email address of the customer |
product_id | Shopify ID of the reviewed product |
product_handle | Product name in a special format |
body | Main content of the review |
rating | Score from 0-5, with 5 being the most positive review |
created_at | Date and time when the review was created |
title | Short title summarizing the customer’s experience |
reply | Optional response from the store owner to the review |
images | Links to images attached to the review |
published | Status of the review (published or unpublished) |
Step 2: Import reviews to Judge.me
To import the reviews that you exported from Growave to Judge.me:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
Click Import & sync reviews on the top right.
Under Import reviews from a CSV file, select "Growave" and click Import.
Upload the CSV file you exported in Step 1.
Click Import.
Step 3: Check the import result
The import will take around 5 minutes. Once it's finished, we will email you the results, including:
How many reviews successfully imported
How many reviews failed to import plus a CSV file of these failed reviews and why they failed
You can also find this information in the app:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.
Click the Import & sync reviews button.
Scroll down to Reviews import log.
Step 4: Add videos (optional)
By default, Growave export doesn't include videos. You can reach out to Growave support to help downloading the videos.
Once you've got the videos, you can edit the reviews you just imported to upload your videos
