The Admin Notifications settings let you control where and how notifications are sent.
Set up admin notifications
To add more email addresses or to change the email addresses that receive our notifications:
From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Notifications
Under Admin notification emails, enter up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. For example:
storeowner@example.com, support@example.com, teamlead@example.com
Enable the types of notifications you want to receive:
"Notify me when a new review is created" (notifications will only be sent for new web or email reviews)
"Notify me when a new question is posted"
"Send me a copy of each email sent to customers"
Click Save.
These email addresses here will also receive sample emails for review requests, coupons,...
Separate notifications for negative reviews
To send negative reviews notification to a different email:
From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Notifications
Under Admin notification emails, enable "Receive negative review notifications at a different email".
Enter the email address (e.g. support@example.com)
Choose the threshold for what counts as a negative review:
"No review is negative"
"2 stars or less"
"3 stars or less"
"4 stars or less"
"All reviews are negative"
Click Save.
Troubleshooting
If you see new reviews in your dashboard but didn't receive email notifications:
Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.
Confirm that your email address is listed correctly under Admin notification emails.
Try adding a different email address (e.g. a personal Gmail) to see if the issue is specific to an email address or domain.
