Considerations

Please consider these limitations before enabling the integration:

Judge.me x TikTok Shop integration is currently open to Shopify merchants in Brazil, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, the UK, and the US.
TikTok currently doesn’t support review edits and review deletion, so once the reviews are synced:
- they cannot be edited or deleted in TikTok Shop
- they cannot be moved from 1 product to another (even if the reviews have been moved in Judge.me)
Verified product reviews, including hidden and archived reviews, will be synced to TikTok Shop.
Unverified product reviews and Store reviews cannot be synced to TikTok Shop.

Before you begin

To start selling on TikTok Shop, you'd first need to sync your Shopify products to TikTok Shop.

To sync your Shopify products to TikTok Shop, you can:

Option 1: Use the free TikTok app in Shopify

To add products to TikTok Shop automatically:

Install the TikTok Shop sales channel app on the Shopify App Store.
Follow the TikTok Shop setup guide to connect your Shopify products correctly.
Your Shopify products will be synced to TikTok Shop using Shopify Product ID.

Option 2: Add the products in TikTok Shop manually

To add products to TikTok Shop manually:

From your TikTok Shop admin, go to Products > Add products and click the Add new product button.
Fill in the required information.
- Make sure to enter the same Product identifier code (GTIN, EAN, UPC, ISBN, JAN) as the Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.) field on your Shopify product.
- Seller SKUs are not required for the syndication.

Set up TikTok Shop syndication

Step 1: Enable the syndication in Judge.me

To enable TikTok Shop syndication:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Search for TikTok Shop and click on the section.
Select your TikTok Shop country and click Continue to sign in to connect Judge.me with your TikTok Shop account.
In the TikTok Shop screen:
- Choose the country you want to connect your account to and click Next.
- Click Confirm to install.
- Check the acknowledgement box and click Authorize.
- Click Done and return to Judge.me app.

Step 2: Start syncing reviews

To start syncing your Judge.me reviews to TikTok Shop:

From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Search for Tiktok Shop and click on the section.
Click Get started.
Depending on how your products were added to TikTok Shop, choose one of the following methods:
- Match using Shopify IDs: Select this if you added products to TikTok Shop using the official Shopify connector. Judge.me will automatically match products using their Shopify IDs.
- Match using GTIN barcodes: Select this if you added products manually or via another app. Judge.me will match products based on their barcodes (GTINs).

Note: Reviews cannot be resynced once sent to TikTok Shop, so make sure to choose the correct method.

Then check the box "I confirm..." and click Next.

Click View breakdown to see how many reviews are eligible to sync (based on TikTok's content policies).

Check the box “I confirm…” and click Import reviews to start the syndication.

Step 3: Check the status of your sync

The initial sync may take up to 5 days. After that, new reviews will be automatically synced every 7 days.

Once the sync is completed, we'll send the following email to your admin notification emails:

From address	support@judge.me
Subject	Your TiktokShop Sync report!
Content	Hi {{ name }}, Product count: Total reviews count: Error reviews count: Success reviews count: Kind regards, Judge.me Support

You can also see the synced reviews in your TikTok Shop admin.

To see the reviews in your TikTok Shop:

From your TikTok Shop admin, go to Products > Product ratings.
Go to the Imported reviews tab to see the synced reviews.
