WHY JUDGE.ME

Send campaigns and follow up automatically

Send product launches and promotions

Choose who to email, customise a template, add your products and schedule the send. Use campaigns for new collections, promotions and store updates.

Send automated follow-ups

Start with six ready-made sequences: welcome emails, post-purchase thank-yous, abandoned checkout reminders, emails to inactive customers, product recommendations and back-in-stock alerts.

Create your own welcome, post-purchase and abandoned checkout sequences for different products or customer groups. Review the messages and timing before turning them on.

For back-in-stock alerts, enable the app embed in your Shopify theme. Shoppers sign up for the product variant they want.

Choose who receives your campaigns

Use your Shopify customer groups, or create groups based on how people interact with your emails.

To grow your list, use Judge.me’s sign-up popup or keep an existing tool that saves marketing permissions in Shopify.

Groups based on email activity work for campaigns only. They aren’t available for automated sequences or popup targeting.

Put your product reviews in your emails

Add star ratings and published reviews from Judge.me Reviews to campaigns and automated emails, without copying them by hand.

COMPARE PRICING

Compare what you’ll pay

If you’re comparing Seguno alternatives on cost, check how each app charges. Seguno charges by the number of active subscribers, with unlimited sending. Judge.me Email charges for emails sent above the included allowance. Awesome also has a monthly fee. Adding subscribers alone doesn’t increase your Judge.me Email bill.

Judge.me Email pricing

Both plans include 15,000 email sends per billing period, then $0.15 per 1,000 additional emails.

Forever Free

$0 monthly subscription, plus usage above the included allowance.

Awesome

$15/month plus the same usage charges, with your own sending domain and removal of Judge.me branding. Also includes 50 AI generations a day to help write automated emails in your store’s voice.

A bigger list doesn’t have to mean a bigger bill.

Judge.me Email includes 15,000 emails per billing period. After that, usage charges depend on emails sent—not subscriber count. Choose Forever Free with no monthly subscription fee, or Awesome for $15/month.

For a store with 2,000 active subscribers, here’s the cost of sending 20,000 billable emails over a full 30-day billing period. This assumes Seguno’s trial has ended, with no promotions or part-period plan changes.

Seguno: free up to 250 subscribers; Standard starts at $35 for 251.
Judge.me: 15,000 emails free, then $0.15 per 1,000. Include campaigns and automated emails.
The Seguno estimate updates with your subscriber count. Judge.me’s cost depends on emails sent, not subscribers. One email to 1,000 subscribers counts as 1,000 sends. Changing subscriber count won’t change the email total entered above.
Seguno Standard$35
Judge.me Email Forever Free$0.75
Judge.me Email Awesome$15.75

Judge.me: $0.75 in email usage, plus a $0 subscription on Forever Free or $15 on Awesome.

With Awesome, you’d pay $19.25 less per 30-day period than Seguno. Awesome includes your own sending domain and removal of Judge.me branding. Forever Free keeps the standard domain and branding.

Estimates in USD. Seguno includes unlimited sending and other apps, so compare features too.

How we calculate these prices

Seguno is free for up to 250 subscribers. Paid plans add multi-email sequences and emails triggered by specific purchases or customer tags. For a store with over 250 active subscribers, Standard starts at $35/month for up to 2,500 subscribers, then adds $20/month per additional 2,500 subscribers. Paid email plans also include Seguno’s Popups & Forms and Product Reviews apps. You’ll need to install those separately.

The apps include different features. If you use Seguno’s bundled apps, factor in what you’d need to replace them. Your bill depends on your subscriber count, emails sent and chosen plan.

Prices checked 16 October 2026, in USD. Subscription and usage charges are billed every 30 days. Count all billable emails, including campaigns and automated messages. Seguno’s unlimited sending may suit you if you email very frequently.

Judge.me usage is rounded down to complete blocks of 1,000 emails above the included allowance. Seguno Professional and optional extras aren’t included.

SWITCHING TO JUDGE.ME

What to check before switching from Seguno

When comparing Seguno alternatives, check what carries over. Judge.me Email syncs your subscriber records from Shopify, but you’ll need to review your emails, forms and sending settings.

01

Check your subscribers.

Confirm who has agreed to receive marketing emails in Shopify. After installing Judge.me Email, compare its subscriber list with Shopify’s.

02

Recreate the emails you need.

Check which Seguno email sequences Judge.me Email can replace. Rebuild and test them, including content and timing. Don’t assume templates or past opens and clicks transfer automatically.

03

Review your storefront and sender.

Check signup forms, back-in-stock setup and sender settings. If you use Seguno’s other apps, confirm what changes when you end your email subscription.

04

Switch off duplicate emails.

Keep new email sequences off while testing. Check messages already waiting to send in Seguno, then turn off each Seguno sequence before starting its replacement. Check your sending limit before scheduling a large campaign.

Campaigns and automated emails share one sending limit in Judge.me Email. New stores start with a low limit that rises as they build a sending history. Learn how sending limits work.
