Give loyalty members points for sharing product reviews

The Judge.me and Rivo integration makes submitting a product review a way to earn loyalty points. Set the reward and earning frequency in Rivo, then use the Points Earned notification to tell customers when their feedback earns points.

Add reviews to the ways customers can earn

A hobby shop can reward a member who reviews a model sailboat. The review activity joins the store’s other earning options, with the points value defined in Rivo’s Post a product review rule.

Fit review rewards to your membership policy

Choose how often customers can earn from reviews and check who participates in your program. Review rewards use Members by default. Your Shopify customer-account setup and Rivo participant settings determine whether that default matches the experience you want to offer.

How the integration works

Copy your private Judge.me API token into the Judge.me connection in Rivo and turn the integration on. Create or enable the Post a product review earning option, select Judge.me and configure its points and frequency.

Review the participant settings, then enable the Points Earned notification if you want customers to receive an email when points are awarded. Connecting the apps and setting the earning rule are separate parts of the setup.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Rivo: a paid plan is required; the current entry paid tier is Essential.

• Connection: use the private Judge.me API token and enable the integration in Rivo.

• Participants: review rewards default to Members. Follow Rivo’s participant guidance for your store’s classic or new Shopify customer accounts before changing eligibility.

• Earning rule: enable Post a product review, select Judge.me and define both the points and earning frequency.
