Bring customer feedback to the retailers where you sell

The Judge.me and ReviewHub integration sends verified product reviews from your Shopify store to connected retail partners. ReviewHub, part of Wholescale, matches reviews to your product catalog, authenticates and moderates the feedback, then distributes approved reviews to approved retailers. Judge.me continues collecting and managing the original reviews on your store.

Give retail shoppers feedback on the same product

A homeware brand selling a salad spinner through its own store and a retail partner can bring verified customer experiences to the matching retail product page. Shoppers can read feedback from people who bought the product through the brand’s Shopify store, even when they are considering it elsewhere.

ReviewHub supports retailers such as Walmart, Wayfair and Lowe’s. Each destination needs its own connection and approval, and product matching depends on valid GTINs or UPCs. Connecting the apps does not automatically publish every review everywhere.

Keep new feedback moving through a review pipeline

After connection, ReviewHub regularly retrieves new verified reviews through the Judge.me API. Its authentication and moderation process checks them before syndication. This creates an ongoing route for eligible feedback while ReviewHub handles the retail distribution.

Existing review history follows a separate import process. Use ReviewHub’s import options if you want to bring older reviews across as well.

How the integration works

Create your ReviewHub account and connect Shopify so its product catalog can sync. Check the product identifiers, configure your retail destination and obtain its approval. Then connect Judge.me in ReviewHub using your public and private API tokens.

ReviewHub processes the eligible new reviews and sends approved feedback to matching product listings at your connected retailers. Shopify catalog updates also sync to ReviewHub. The connection runs regularly; it is not a promise of immediate retailer publication.

ReviewHub controls authentication, moderation and syndication. It can reject reviews that do not pass its checks, and each retailer controls its own acceptance and editing rules.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required for this integration.

• ReviewHub: a paid subscription is required. Retailer coverage and review allowances depend on your subscription and add-ons; check the current options for your catalog and distribution needs.

• Verified feedback: only verified Judge.me product reviews are eligible. Imported or unverified feedback does not become eligible simply because the accounts are connected.

• Product matching: include valid GTINs or UPCs for the products you want to syndicate. Matching the product name alone is not enough.

• Retailer approval: complete the destination’s connection requirements in ReviewHub before expecting reviews on its product pages.

• Older reviews: historical reviews require a separate import. A one-time charge can apply; some current Wholescale plans include an import allowance.

• Later changes: review editing and deletion after syndication are restricted by the destination retailer. Do not assume a change in Judge.me will remove a syndicated review everywhere.

Get started

Already using both apps? Check the catalog match and retailer approval, connect Judge.me and inspect the path of a new verified review through ReviewHub. Check that the review is eligible, moderation has completed and the destination matches the correct product. Also confirm that an unverified review is excluded and that older feedback has not been mistaken for an automatic historical import.

New to either app? Install Judge.me, choose Awesome and start your ReviewHub account through Wholescale. Connect Shopify, prepare the required product identifiers and choose the retail destinations before configuring review syndication.
